The Press Gallery was an original customer of MyClients Digital Marketing with my first newsletter distributed in June of 2004. Today, more than ever, communicating with, and having the ability to engage our customers in a timely manner makes MyClients an indispensable component of our marketing strategy.

My customers enjoy receiving the monthly newsletter. The rare complaint is when we occasionally do not send it! It is a cost effective alternative to postage, mass media marketing and advertising.

MyClients customer service and on line tools are impressive. The fact I can send them my raw message in words, images and or video, and can allow the creative department to add the “wow” factor is a huge bonus over competitors. It is a time saver with a professional result!

As we approach our “first anniversary” of working with MyClients Digital Marketing, I want to take a moment to thank you and your co-workers for the amazing support and advice you have provided us to enhance the profile and expand the reach of Kokanee Springs Golf Resort. Since March of 2011, when we contracted with MyClients, we have experienced a significant increase in booking volumes as a direct result of the newsletter you design and broadcast for us. As well, your guidance has provided a huge increase to the numbers we now enjoy in our email database. Our database has tripled since we began working with you.

In early 2010, we published out first newsletters utilizing a recognized format provider available through the internet. While this allowed us to produce our newsletter in-house and broadcast at what we initially felt was a very affordable cost, we simply did not realize the results we had expected. Yes, we saved a few dollars in costs but at the expense of limited results. We soon realized we needed help; we did not possess the expertise required to do justice to our product or to tackle internet marketing. Not only were we lacking the design skills, but the hours of effort required to publish and broadcast the newsletter were inverse to the results. This led us to consider other options and thankfully we received your phone call.

Kelowna Springs Golf Club:

This letter is being written as a testament to the functionality of the MyClients newsletter software. I am Rich Chlopan, the Head Professional and Assistant General Manager of the Kelowna Springs Golf Club in Kelowna, British Columbia. We have been using the MyClients web portal to send messages and newsletters to our Members and Visitors alike for many years (10+) and have found it to be more than helpful in delivering our messages.

We have set up five different templates to use on a regular basis. We have designated ones we use for Members only newsletters, Ladies Leagues and Men’s Leagues. To be able to go into the site and begin a new message from an already created template makes the task extremely easy and quick to the end. As an example, I created a Men’s Night Newsletter template that I use from week to week to deliver small messages and weekly competition results by simply editing the original version. It helps to focus on each weeks winners and features our weekly sponsors that we have become so reliant upon. The sponsors love it. I am not a computer whiz but I find this to be a simple editing task that gets the message delivered in little time and with extreme ease and accuracy.

In the end, I would recommend this MyClients web portal to anyone that sends messages to large groups of people. We are currently creating new data bases of people that we need to communicate with.
