Joining us from his most recent role as Chef at Cherry Hill Estate in Steinbach, Manitoba, and previously Confusion Corner Bar & Grill in Winnipeg, Ryan's cooking expertise has spanned from the West Coast including award-winning Vancouver restaurants.
With a focus on quality, local ingredients, you can look forward to enjoying Chef Ryan's upcoming menu and seasonal features at the Fire & Water Bistro and Island Green Lounge.
