Travel Alberta Holiday Card Program
| In March Travel Alberta launched the Holiday Card Program with TV, radio and newspaper ads. This campaign has built excitement and generated many new Holiday Card applicants that generously supplement the 119,000 existing card-holder data base. This coming year it’s no secret people will be looking for value-laden holiday packages and offers. Now is a great time to get your Holiday Card offer online and in front of so many consumers at virtually no cost to you. Just bring us your best offer providing a minimum 10% value or saving to the consumer. |

The Successful Stay Campaign
As an industry member, you can participate in the Stay campaign by purchasing ads and packages in our magazines and newspaper inserts. There are now so many marketing opportunities within this campaign that you can participate in some component every month of the year. Whether it’s a package or an ad, there’s a home for your experience that will tell highly targeted holiday takers how and why to stay longer.

TIS – Tourism Information System
Alberta Tourism, Parks & Recreation’s Tourism Information System [TIS] contains detailed information about Alberta and is intended for use by Alberta's Tourism Industry. The TIS lists Alberta's attractions, events, adventures and travel contacts. Information from the TIS database is accessible by searching on TravelAlberta.com and is made available to other tourism websites. This database is the primary provincial reference source used by tourism call centers, visitor information centre staff and by Alberta's tourism industry. By registering your tourism product/service you will be eligible for possible inclusion in the Alberta Vacation Guide, Seasonal Guide, Winter Fun Guide & Road Map.
