We are delighted to invite you to join us at SASCA 2010 Annual Golf Tournament being held on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Lynx Ridge Golf Club in support of Ronald McDonald House. This is a popular tournament, so avoid disappointment and register early. This is one event you won't want to miss!

To confirm your attendance, please complete the form below and then click on the link to securely pay your registration fees through PayPal. Registration for the tournament will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited so register early to ensure your spot. Space will not be held without payment. Please register by Friday, July 30, 2010.

Cost:	$175 Members $200 Non-Members Registration fee includes: tee gift bag, 18 holes of golf, golf cart, dinner, 2 drink tickets, awards, plus a portion of registration fee will be donated to Ronald McDonald House

There will be an option to purchase mulligans with all proceeds to Ronald McDonald House!
Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 teams!
Plenty of hole prizes for both men and women!
Beat the former golf pro (one of your SASCA Board Members!) on a par 3 with all proceeds going to Ronald McDonald House with an opportunity to win a $200 gift certificate to the Lynx Ridge pro shop!
