Rocky Mountain Nationals

No where else in Western Canada can you come and enjoy 3 full days of pure horse power! The IHRA Cars RV & Marine & Motorsports Rocky Mountain Nationals is back and is promising to not disappoint! Each year competitors from all over North America travel to Castrol Raceway and fight for their chance to be the champion and receive an Iron Man! With Top Fuel speeds exceeding 325 mph you will not want to miss this show! On July 4, 5 & 6 the best of the best Drag Racers will compete on the 1/4 mile! You won’t find Top Fuel Dragsters, Nitro Funny Cars, Nitro Bikes, Alcohol Funny Cars, Pro Mod and Pro Stock at one show anywhere else!

Oil City Cup

They had so much fun last year they’re coming back for more! The World of Outlaws Boston Pizza Oil City Cup is back at Castrol Raceway on August 22 & 23. Be sure to come and watch as the BEST 410 Sprint Cars in North America compete on the 3/8 mile clay oval to be crowned Oil City Champion and have their name place on the Oil City Cup. Donny Schatz, Steve Kinser, Joey Saldana and the rest of the Outlaws will provide you with the Greatest Show on Dirt! And Schatz will be fighting his way through the pack to defend his title at Castrol Raceway.

Monster Madness

The truck that started it all is back at Castrol Raceway on July 25, 26 & 27! Big Foot returns and he is not coming alone! 6 Monster Trucks will be invading the racetrack and will be crushing anything and everything that stands in their way! Come watch this awesome show of sheer power and cheer on as your favorite Monster Trucks tear up the track! This show will also feature a Quad Wars and the awesome tricks of Freestyle Motocross!

Rocky Mountain Nationals Bracket & Jr Competitors

Castrol Raceway is now accepting registration for both the Bracket and the Junior Dragster Classes at the IHRA Rocky Mountain Nationals. Simply log onto www.castrolraceway.com and click on the purchase tickets icon and select the class you are registering for. There are a limited number of spots available, so be sure to register soon. Also included in the Bracket Class will be the Quick 16. The Quick 16 is to replace the Top Dragster and Top Sportsman classes, which no longer run at this event. If you are one of those classes register as a Bracket Car to qualify for the Quick 16. Competitors, you can also purchase you crew tickets the same way, just choose "Back to Shopping" to select Crew before checking out. 2008 Season Competitors

The 2008 drag competitor information and season entry forms are now online. CLICK HERE and get the forms to renew your parking stalls and season passes. Renewals for pit stalls must be paid in full by February 29th to retain the same stall as last year.
