Hire a NAIT graduate — with international flair
Is your company planning expansion into foreign markets?  Or short staffed, struggling to meet workload demands?  Consider a work placement with one of NAIT’s international graduates from a NAIT diploma program.

NAIT graduates from other countries can work in Canada for up to two years on work visas. They are highly skilled, enthusiastic, and will bring insight and foreign language skills to your company. Find out more by contacting Leanne McCarthy, Manager of International Student Services

When it comes to food safety, sanitation tops list of priorities
In the food industry, cleanliness and food safety are of prime importance. Ensure that all staff in your establishment know the facts surrounding food safety, by taking advantage of NAIT’s 12-hour course, Sanitation (FNM107), offered several times between now and June/05.

Topics covered include:
• microorganisms and foodborne illness
• safe food handling
• maintaining a sanitary environment
• regulating quality.

The fee is just $75, and provides preparation to write the Government Certificate Exam in Food Sanitation and Hygiene (as required in Section 32 of the Food Establishments Regulation of the Alberta Public Health Act).
