July 2006

New Nine Construction

Work has been going strong on the new nine; we have welled out most of the green sights and are now moving sand to the sites.

Starting July 20th our Architect will be on site full time with a small cat doing the shaping.

From this point on we will be moving into major work on the course and you should start to see some progress with the golf.

It is our hope that we will have a good portion rough graded this fall and ready for irrigation.

As for the real estate portion we have rough graded the most difficult portion of the project through the tree’s.

We have some great home sites that are now visible off #17 fairway and #16 green. The pre-sell that I offered last year to the membership went fantastic, all 50 lots released for sale have been sold.

I will be opening a new offer later this year that will bring another 30 lots to the market place. I would like to thank the members that bought in and passing the word to others.

Anyone interested in a site tour please give us a call for an appointment.
