Construction in Full swing and on schedule!!!
With the hot weather in the last few weeks the construction on the golf course has been able to speed up. We are currently moving sand to all our green sites and should have them ready for shaping in the next week or so. Rod Whitman is on sight full time and will be doing most of the final prep. Our estimated rough in completion of the golf course is late September pending weather. So everything is pretty much on schedule in regards to the golf, we will start putting in irrigation next spring along with much of the infrastructure for the subdivision.

Clubhouse News!

First we would like to thank all who helped make our 2nd Annual East meets West theme night a smashing success. Our event grew in size and the feedback from the cliental was great. Chef Michael has planned a new event scheduled for Sunday Aug 27.

We will be hosting a Nine, Wine & Dine event. Following your nine holes of golf with power cart you will return to the clubhouse where the Chef has hand selected four international wines to match an extravagant 4 course meal. This will be a taste you don’t want to miss. The cost of this event including the 9 holes of Golf, Cart, Wines & Dinner will be $79.95. For members the cost of this event will be $49.95.
