New course construction will step up in October!
With the golf course closing down this month we can transfer most of our maintenance staff to the new course construction. With any luck and weather permitting we should be able to complete everything to irrigation stage for the spring. Most of the greens are now in the rough in stage along with the bunkering and tee’s. Over the next month Rod Whitman will be tweaking the design for the completion stage.

Village Lot sales going strong!
Pre-sales on lots has surpassed our original projections significantly since we presented the project to the members last year. At this present time we have 76 of the 131 lots sold based on the first two phases of the project. The remaining lots will probably go on the market once registration of Titles is completed.
