Construction moving into winter mode!
You may have thought that we would be shutting down construction now that winter has settled in. Though we wish it was last years weather there are still lots of things we can do that will save us time in the spring. We have just finished putting in a new pump for the irrigation system; this pump will supplement the existing 9 and the new nine being added. Along with this we will be increasing the pipe size to accommodate the increase in water pressure for the new system. Doing this in winter saves down time during the growing season and makes the transition a lot smoother. Following the irrigation we will move on to completing the lake in Phase 3. It was not our intention to do this at the beginning of the year however our pre-sales on lots have been so strong that it necessities this move. We estimate creating the lake will take most of the winter as we have to move fill to certain points on the golf course for mounding etc.

Phase 1 and 2 subdivision roads are now complete and being used this winter. As the Title registration progress’s we will have signage on the lots to designate the sold lots from the sale ones. We are currently holding at 80 lots sold out of 130. Most of the remaining lots will go in the market next year after completion of the subdivision and the release of Titles. Most of the utility work is in the design phase and will be going out to tender in the coming months. |

We still have some ZERO Restriction rain suits left. They are 100% water proof and the number one rain suit on the PGA. We will not find a better fitting rain suit anywhere. Also we have Zero Restriction Wind Stopper 1/2 sleeve wind shirts, again, number one on tour.
Everyone needs stocking stuffers, we have Prov1, ProV1X, DT Solos, divot repair tools, head covers, great selection of hats all priced to move.
Another great gift idea is the Wolf Creek Gift Cards. We can put any amount you like on it and it can be used anywhere in the Proshop or on food and beverage. Not a bad gift to have on your Christmas list.
Starting in December, I will have the proshop open Saturdays 10 to 4 as well as Tuesday through Friday 9 to 4. If you can get up here give me call or drop me an email and we'll get something arranged.
On Sunday Dec 10th we will be have our second annual Christmas social and sale. From 1:00 to 5:00 we will have the doors open to come out and have little Christmas cheer and do some shopping. Most of the Proshop crew will be around to tell stories and lies!!!
