Sewer and Water Installation going at full speed!!!

With the weather cooperating this month Pidherneys construction is going full swing with the final installation of sewer and water services. We estimate these utilities should be complete by the early part of February. All water is tied into the regional Reddeer water system using the same water supply as the cities. Each lot also has access to our low pressure sewer lines than links into the Seair septic system that breaks down the fluids to reusable irrigation water for the golf course.

Remaining village lots in Phase 3 soon to be put on the market!

Our pre-sell campaign was very successful, over 85% of the lots have been sold with only a few lots in phase 3 to be released sometime in the early part of the this year. It looks like we will have a strong first year build out as many plans have already been approved for start up in the spring. Included with these homes will be the Villas at Wolf Creek, located at the main entrance just off the 18th fairway. The plans are in the final stages of being drawn up with a hopeful spring start for the first units. These Villas will offer over 1800 sq. feet of living area in a secluded area of the property. Pre-sales will be available this spring on our website.
Here is a layout of one of the first homes to be completed this year.

Nationwide Tour player to call Wolf Creek Home Course

Brett Bingham joined the Nationwide Tour in 2006, after playing 8 seasons on the Canadian Tour, where he earned the Most Improved Player Award in 2000. He finished his rookie season on the Nationwide Tour with 28 starts, 8 cuts made and a top 10 finish at the Mark Christopher Charity Classic where he finished T6. In 2005 Bingham qualified for the final stage of the PGA TOUR National Qualifying Tournament. Brett has also played on the Asian Tour, Australasian Tour and the South American Tour. Brett is a graduate of the University of Nevada where he had a stellar college career, earning All Conference honors. Bingham credits his Dad for introducing him to golf and teaching him how to play the game. Brett is an avid hockey fan, counting Wayne Gretzky as one of his heroes, and in 2008 he will be partnered with the Gretzky at the BMW Classic. Wolf Creek has always been home for Brett when get’s back to Canada. We have always had a long standing relationship with him from his early years as a former employee. We look forward to having Brett represent us as he plays professional golf tours around the World.

Wolf Creek to Host Western Canadian Juniors

CN Future Links Western Championship
July 22 - July 24, 2008

In late July, the top Junior boys and girl golfers in Western Canada will congregate at Wolf Creek for the RCGA Western Canadian Championships. It has been a long standing tradition at Wolf Creek to host major amateur and professional events when ever called upon. We look forward to yet hosting another event that will pit some of Canada’s top Junior golfers against the Wolf. We will be requiring volunteers for this event so any members or regular golfers of the Wolf can contact the golf shop to register as a volunteer.
