Initiating a Support Request Ticket

We ask our clients to use our Support Request form to initiate all new requests. Using this form (rather than direct emails) allows us to efficiently collect the information needed to complete your request. This increases speed and accuracy for everyone involved. All communication related to the request ticket after the initial submission, can be done with direct emails between you and your designer.

We ask that you submit your text content as a Word file if possible. If any images are needed, simply reference them in the Word file like, "image123.jpg goes here." To attach more than one file to the Support Request, simply ZIP the files first. Here are some easy tutorials on how to ZIP a file with Windows or a Mac.
